Soon it will be dark... and the same rules won't apply.
No escape 'til daylight so don't you even try.
Cower in the corner when I come 'round your way.
Yes, everything changes at the end of the day.
You'll hear the fluttering of unseen wings.
Fearfully awaiting what it brings.
Alone in the dark with logic and reason put aside.
It won't mean a thing in the middle of the night.
It's almost dark; soon I'll have you in my grasp.
You won't get away this time....
I'll have you at last!
Feel my cold breath on your neck as you lie awake of fear.
My icy fingers around your throat,
now the end for you is near.
No mercy will be spared when time runs out for you.
I'll rob your lungs of oxygen
until your lifeless body turns blue.
I've waited for this moment all of your life;
"death comes swiftly like a thief in the night."
Now it's dark!
